These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by WestPoint Home Bahrain WLL, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and operated by WestPoint Home LLC. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell premium home textiles, including but not limited to bedding, bath products, and home accessories. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in display settings.

3. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are displayed with three decimal places (e.g., BHD 25.000)
  • All prices are inclusive of 10% VAT as mandated by the Kingdom of Bahrain
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase
  • We follow an everyday fair factory-direct pricing model. Prices reflect substantial savings compared to comparable retail brands

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order: An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard (via Tap Payments)
  • BenefitPay (via CartDNA)
  • Apple Pay
  • Tabby — Buy Now, Pay Later (pay in 4 installments)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — applicable for Bahrain orders only

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday through Thursday). Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Saturday) or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which complies with Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012 of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

7. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information
  • Updating your information as necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

9. AI-Powered Features

Our website includes AI-powered features such as the Nasij textile expert chatbot and the Sleep Profiler quiz. These tools provide recommendations based on your inputs and our product knowledge base. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. Product specifications and pricing always take precedence over chatbot responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain:

  • WestPoint Home Bahrain WLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or delivery service disruptions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WestPoint Home Bahrain WLL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our website.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
