At WestPoint Home Bahrain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy complies with Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012 of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Eligible Items

  • Sheet sets (unopened or in original packaging)
  • Comforters and duvets (unopened or in original packaging)
  • Pillow sets (unopened or in original packaging)
  • Towel sets (unused, with tags attached)
  • Decorative accessories (unused, in original condition)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been washed, used, or laundered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery via email at support@westpointhome.bh or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  4. Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging

5. Return Shipping

Within Bahrain: Free return pickup for orders over BHD 20. For orders under BHD 20, a flat return shipping fee of BHD 1.500 applies.

International returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • BenefitPay: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7 business days

7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and indicate your preferred replacement.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the defect or issue
  • We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund
  • Defective item claims are not subject to the 15-day return window limitation

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again
  2. Contact your bank — there may be a processing delay
