WestPoint Home Bahrain ships factory-direct — your order goes straight from our Bahrain factory to your door, with no middlemen or warehouses. This means fresher products and faster delivery.

1. Delivery Zones and Timeframes

Saudi Arabia 2–3 business days (via King Fahd Causeway) Calculated at checkout

Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Hours

Deliveries within Bahrain are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. You may specify delivery preferences (morning or evening) in the order notes at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched
  • WhatsApp tracking updates are sent for all Bahrain deliveries

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Aramex — Regional leader, same-day and next-day delivery in Bahrain, GCC-wide coverage
  • Shipa (by Agility) — Tech-enabled GCC courier with real-time tracking
  • Parcel — Bahrain hyperlocal delivery for same-day orders

The carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery zone and chosen delivery speed.

5. Shipped From

All orders ship directly from the WestPoint Home factory in Bahrain. This factory-direct model means:

  • No warehouse middlemen — your products are fresher
  • Lower costs passed on to you through our factory-direct pricing
  • Faster delivery within Bahrain

6. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete Bahrain address in the following format:

  • Building Number (required)
  • Road Number (required)
  • Block Number (required)
  • Flat/Apartment Number (if applicable)
  • Area/City (required)

Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our carrier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be held at the carrier's facility for 5 business days
  • We will contact you via WhatsApp and email to arrange redelivery or pickup
  • After 5 business days, the package will be returned to our facility. Reshipment charges may apply

8. Order Tracking

Track your order through any of these channels:

  • Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • WhatsApp: Reply to your order confirmation message with "Track"
  • Website: Log in to your account and view order status

9. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Bahrain, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
