At WestPoint Home Bahrain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy complies with Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012 of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is confirmed by your shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp tracking notification.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed — items must not have been used, laundered, or altered
  • In original packaging — items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase — order confirmation email or order number

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Custom or personalized orders (monogrammed items, custom sizes)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 15-day return window

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us through either channel:

  • Email: fahd.akhtar@wphome.com — include your order number and reason for return
  • WhatsApp: Message us with your order number and photos of the item

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange a pickup at your convenience or provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: Processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • BenefitPay refunds will be returned to your BenefitPay account
  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer — we will request your bank details
  • Tabby (BNPL) refunds will adjust your remaining installments accordingly

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the 15-day return window
  • If the replacement item has a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference
  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge within Bahrain

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice
  • You do not need to return the defective item unless we request it

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary
